• The HD SERIES chain drive model HD-CD 3025 uses a high-performance helical gearhead operator and chain drive to open the door at up to 24 inches per second.

TNR Model HD-DD 3050

TNR rubber doors with chain drive and spring counterbalance outperform all other door systems in the most rugged and abusive environments. These extremely reliable doors are most valuable in the typically harsh environments of heavy industrial applications.

These industries often require large doorways to accommodate large equipment, whereas the HD SERIES is ideal for filling the void left by other high-performance doors.

Features and Benefits:

• A part of the HD SERIES chain drive sprung product offering is the high-speed HD-SD 3050 model, equipped with a high-performance helical gearhead operator to open the door at up to 48 inches per second.
• The HD-SD 3050 operator is controlled by a custom programmable PLC with a variable frequency drive (VFD) in a NEMA 4 enclosure for precision control and durability.
• This model is counterbalanced by standard springs rated for 100,000 or 50,000 cycles, depending on the door size. Upgrades for 200,000 cycles in higher traffic applications are available.

• The HD-HD 2565 hybrid door offers a hybrid alternative of a lighter rubber curtain or 88 oz fabric curtain.

The CHILLFAST insulated high speed roll-up door system can sustain temperature ranges suitable for cold rooms, chill rooms, and freezers.
This high speed door system minimizes temperature losses in cold spaces by reducing the time the door is open, providing substantial savings in energy consumption.

Reduces ice build-up on components and walk-through areas. Optional heated air curtain provides further safety, efficiency, and energy savings. The ChillFast provides fast, quiet, reliable operation. Door speed up to 108 inches per second.
