The TLH 8’ RETROFIT™ from NORDOCK® is the best solution for underperforming docks & replacing existing dock pits. Retrofits into a standard pit (8’ length and 19” depth), which means you no longer must cut a new pit anywhere you have standard-size pit levelers.
Standard hinged-lip levelers can be a challenge with end-loaded trailers. With its telescoping lip, the TLH RETROFIT™ makes loading & unloading cubed-out trailers easy, quick, and damage-free. Unlike vertical storing levelers, the TELESCOPING-LIP™ leveler eliminates the likelihood of a moving forklift impacting the stored leveler & provides additional and valuable floor space between & in front of the dock doors.

The NV model comes with a standard 16” long lip that projects 11” beyond a 4” bumper and has a service range of 6” above and below floor level.

BUMPER-TO-BUMPER™ 4-Sided Pit Seal – The first true pit seal of the entire dock doorway.
Accessing end loads with a rotating lip regularly involves dropping the lip beyond its lip keepers, causing potential damage to an existing vehicle restraint and/or dock seal.
By removing the front hinge and rotating lip, the telescoping NVTL avoids all interference with the vehicle restraint and allows NORDOCK® to effectively seal the 4th side of the dock pit with the exclusive BUMPER-TO-BUMPER™ Pit Seal, creating the first true pit seal.

A Fast And Efficient Alternative To Vertical Storing Dock Levelers.
The NORDOCK® TLH model Telescoping-Lip™ Dock Leveler is easily operated with constant pressure push button positioning for the lip and a momentary push of a button for automatic storing. An innovative and practical solution to common end loading issues in material handling.
A quick and efficient alternative to vertical storing dock levelers, the TLH stores horizontally for fast operation, extending its lip straight into the trailer with only a slight raise of the deck, reducing loading cycle times and improving climate control. The TLH provides infinite end load access with precise lip control, safely bridging the gap between deck and trailer bed for forklift access and avoiding potential damage to cargo and/or forklift.
The TLH comes with a standard 20″ lip extension on 8′ units and 40″ lip extension on 10′ units, and a 12″ above/below service range.
