Poweramp Air-Powered Dock Levelers
Poweramp Air-Powered Dock Levelers are an economical alternative to hydraulic levelers but are still operated with push-button activation. They have a mid-range capacity with an airbag or bellows system to raise and lower the deck. The CentraAir® uses compressed air and doesn’t require any electricity in the dock pit.

Pit Style, Compressed Air Powered Dock Leveler
The Poweramp Air-Powered Dock Levelers operate with compressed air and is available with pneumatic or electrical “push button” activation. The dock attendant pushes and holds the raise button on the dock controls, which automatically raises the leveler and automatically extends the lip. Releasing the raise button will permit the leveler to float down to the bed of the truck.

- Full range telescoping toe guards close offsides even in the highest position.
- Built-in lockout/Tagout maintenance inspection strut.

CentraAir® Air Powered Leveler
The CA Leveler utilizes compressed air with steel-belted rubber bellows systems to raise the deck. When used with pneumatic controls, this leveler can be fully powered without needing electricity at each unit.Max Standard Width – 7′ and Max Standard Length – 10′.

Design Features
Optional Inter-Lockable Electrical Push Button Controls
The leveler can utilize an inter-lockable electrical push-button. This feature allows the leveler to be easily interlocked to the overhead door, red-green outside lights, truck restraints, or other items at the loading dock.

Pneumatic Push Button Operation
Push-button activation without any electrical need. Simple push-button activation opens the leveler-mounted valve raising the leveler. The release of the button allows the leveler to gently lower onto the truck.
Simple Two-Way Air Valve
A very reliable and low-maintenance air valve system controls the flow of air to inflate the bellows and lower the leveler.

Vehicle Restraints & Accessories
For a safer loading dock, all Poweramp levelers can be equipped with a light communication system, iDock Controls, and vehicle restraints, which help prevent unexpected trailer departure from the loading dock. Safety barriers also prevent forklift trucks from driving over the dock edge.

The AP Series embraces the benefits of air-powered technology but at a price that rivals most mechanical dock levelers. The AP leveler uses an airbag with a mounted blower to raise the deck.
