Curtain Style Dock Seal

L’ Pad & Curtain Style Dock Seal Adapts to a Wide Range of Trailer Widths. The ‘L’ shaped polyurethane foam dock seal provides maximum weather protection for a wide range of trailer widths.

Available for doors up to 10′ x 10′.

The FL Series features include memory foam core side pads with pressure-treated wood backing, foam-filled bottom draft pads, and a rigid frame header.

The tear-resistant cover fabric features double lock stitched seams with high-strength thread for extended life and insulating efficiency.

The FOAMFRAME™ Series Dock Shelter features memory core foam sides that eliminate damage due to off-center loading.

The vertical curtains, with stiffeners, provide a maximum weathertight seal, a safer dock environment, and unrestricted access to the trailer.

The head curtain contains stiffeners, protective corner reinforcement pleats, and wind retention straps. Standard bottom corner pads reduce energy loss between the curtain and side members.

WearTough DS Series

The DS Series Dock Shelter provides maximum dock protection and full access for the greatest range of trailer widths and heights.

The DS Series features high wear-resistant fabric with double lock stitched seams, bottom corner draft pads, 30” head curtain with stiffeners, protective corner reinforcement pleats, and wind retention straps. The raked header with a translucent top provides natural light and allows for water drainage. Protective steel guards are located at the bottom of each side member.

DS2 Series is available as a more economical alternative with a fiberglass top and translucent vinyl side covers.

Combination RAINSHIELD™ & RAINSTOP™ trailer top wiper seals are available along with TERMINATOR™ trailer door gap seals and
TOUGH-SPLIT™ stress relieving head curtain gussets.

The Most Versatile Shelter, IS-950 Series Inflatable Dock Shelter pushes tight against the side and the top of the trailer to keep out inclement weather and reduce energy loss.

This versatile shelter inflates after the trailer is positioned and seals a wide range of sizes.

The unique retraction system quickly deflates the vinyl bag and returns to the stored position once loading operations are complete.

The IS-950 Series features high wear-resistant fabric with double lock stitching, a rigid frame with translucent side and top covers, and a head-mounted motor and blower.

An effective weather-tight seal.

The IS-550 Series Dock Shelter provides an energy-tight seal for the climate-controlled dock environment. The dock operator inflates the top and side seals once the trailer is secured.

The Model FF-RS9 FOAMFRAME™ shelter has combined advantages, including the RAINSTOP™ trailer top wiper seal with XT-1000 super fabric wearing a face that stops driving wind and rain from entering the loading dock area,

TERMINATOR™ gap-seal that wraps around the ends of swing-out trailer doors to block the hinge gap and TOUGH-SPLIT™ gussets that relieve the stress and extend the life of the head curtain.

Boxcar™ IR-650 Series

Superior Protection.

The Inflatable Shelters are activated once the railcar is positioned, creating a weathertight seal. The IR Series is available in custom sizes and projections to suit specific applications.

The BOXCAR™ Series features high wear resistant fabric, a quick retraction system and an on/off the pilot light. Four-sided units with the bottom are available, including a Velcro-attached breakaway fabric panel.
