The Chillfast insulated high speed roll-up door system sustains temperature ranges suitable for cold rooms, chill rooms, and freezers. Fast operating speeds minimize temperature loss in cold spaces by reducing the time the door is open for substantial savings in energy consumption.

The panel is made of 22 oz. Reinforced vinyl exterior layers, dual reflective foil layers, sealed air bubble insulation with patented CutrainLoks™ and is resistant in extreme temperatures to -22°F.

TNR’s CHILLFAST Door with the Freezer Aire Curtain™ system keeps frost and ice accumulation off the door panel and reduces the frost and ice accumulation inside the freezer door opening due to the cycling of the door. It also reduces ice build-up on components and walk-through areas. Optional heated air curtain provides further safety, efficiency, and energy savings. The ChillFast provides fast, quiet, reliable operation. Door speed up to 108 inches per second.

• HD-M 1500 provides the same rugged durability of the HD SERIES product line but without the cost of an electric drive system. This significantly reduces the cost of the door system while providing a manually operated door solution where low door cycles allow.
• This manually operated, the sprung door is ideal in locations where no electrical power is available.
• Available for doors up to 15 feet wide and 15 feet high

A springless direct drive system on a TNR rubber door provides a system that is simple to install, low maintenance, and performs well in ruggedenvironments where high-speed operation is a must. Applications such as transit, airport, and rail maintenance shops are ideal applications.

• The HD-HD 2565 offers a hybrid alternative of a lighter rubber curtain or 88 oz fabric curtain.
