The Speed-Commander 1400 SEL Food-Master design allows for the selection of the stainless steel options the application requires. Able to conform to all industry requirements, the following are available in stainless steel, making it possible to build a FoodMaster door without paying for unnecessary options: Roll tube / hollow shaft, motor cover, guide tracks, control box, and all hardware.

Features and Benefits:
- Maximum dimensions up to 14’0” wide x 16’0” high.
- Standard panel: Constructed of 58 oz. / sq. yd. white vinyl with built-in horizontal aluminum profiles.
- Optional: Welded panel with sewn-in spring steel profile.
- Optional: 90 oz. / sq. yd. FDA white fabric. If a welded panel is selected using the 90 oz. / sq. yd. FDA fabric, the panel does not include the spring steel profile.

Able to conform to all industry requirements, the following components are available in stainless steel, making it possible to conveniently build a Food-Master door without paying for unnecessary stainless options: Roll tube/shaft, door/motor cover, guide tracks, and all hardware.
Built-In Light Grid Effective After Wash-Down
Standard on the Food-Master is a light grid built into the guide tracks up to 8’0″ high. Completely free of coil cords, the light grid provides a thorough wall of protection for personnel and equipment in the doorway compared to other doors that use only photocells. The light grid also eliminates the need for a panel reversing edge, is typically vulnerable to damage, and reduces maintenance and downtime. Amazingly, the light grid remains an effective protection device even following wash-down.
Choice of Two Food-Grade Panel Materials
Two effective panel materials are available on the Food-Master. The standard is a 40 oz. / sq. yard white nylon-reinforced, puncture-resistant PVC, perfect for basic applications. An optional 90 oz. / sq. yard 100 percent FDA-approved white polyurethane panel material is available when optimum compliance is needed.

Interior applications: up to 14’0″ wide x 16’0″ high.
Panel:
Standard panel material: 40 oz. / sq. yard white nylon-reinforced PVC.
Optional panel material: 90 oz. / sq. yard 100 percent FDA-approved white polyurethane.
Vision:
Optional: Full-width x 35″ high, clear PVC, starting at approximately 52″ from the floor and is only available with the 40 oz. / sq. yard white PVC.
Guide Tracks:
Standard: Heavy-duty, 12 gauge, galvanized steel with removable front covers. Guide tracks are 6″ wide x 3-1/2″ deep with vinyl draft seal and have a light grid built up to an 8’0″ high.
Optional: Stainless steel
Direst-Drive Motor
Standard: Compact, self-monitoring direct-drive motor has a patented built-in catch system and is maintenance-free.
Optional: NEMA 4x including hollow shaft in stainless steel.

Safety Devices:
SoftEdge bottom profile with integral radio crash switch immediately stops the door upon accidental impact. Up to an 8’0″ high light grid built into the guide tracks.
