The TLH 8’ RETROFIT™ from NORDOCK® is the best solution for underperforming docks & replacing existing dock pits. Retrofits into a standard pit (8’ length and 19” depth), which means you no longer must cut a new pit anywhere you have standard-size pit levelers.
Standard hinged-lip levelers can be a challenge with end-loaded trailers. With its telescoping lip, the TLH RETROFIT™ makes loading & unloading cubed-out trailers easy, quick, and damage-free. Unlike vertical storing levelers, the TELESCOPING-LIP™ leveler eliminates the likelihood of a moving forklift impacting the stored leveler & provides additional and valuable floor space between & in front of the dock doors.

The NORDOCK® HEAVY-DUTY™ Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers’ deck plate, lip plate, beam sections, and lugs are constructed of a minimum of 50-55,000 PSI yield material.
Easy one-step push button control
- The operator presses the control button until the deck is raised and the lip is fully extended.
- Releasing the button allows the lip to lower onto the truck bed.
- The operator stores the leveler by pressing the control button until the lip fully retracts.

The ultimate heavy-duty dock leveler
Available in 60,000 to 160,000 lb. capacities, Super-Duty Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers’ standard features include full operating range telescoping side guards, fall protection velocity fuse, and a comprehensive warranty.
Hydraulic power for smooth, easy operation
The power unit is a frame-mounted integral assembly, fully tested and oil filled. The motor is an enclosed, non-ventilated type available in all voltages. The hydraulic cylinders are a heavy-duty regenerative design with polished chrome rods, guide bearings, and high-pressure seals. Dual lift cylinders are standard on 80,000 lb. plus capacities.

Constructor™ Series Hydraulic Leveler
The Constructor™ Series Hydraulic Dock Leveler is designed exclusively for the construction industry and is a major breakthrough in strength, reliability, ease of operation, and ease of installation. The cost-effective Constructor™ Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers are available in 30,000 to 45,000 Ib. Capacities, in 5,000 Ib. Increments and standard nominal sizes of 6 and 7 ft. wide x 6 & 8 ft. long.
The open-frame design provides easy cleaning of the pit area and includes our exclusive ‘Guaranteed to Outperform’ Warranty.
Built tough for long, trouble-free operation
The platform is a unitized welded structure with 33% dual side beam to deck weld pattern and continuous welds at the beam, header plate, and hinge tubes. The deck plate, lip plate, beam sections, and lugs are constructed of a minimum of 55,000 PSI yield material.
The fixed rear hinge provides a 4” side-to-side tilt with no pinch point.
